I visited some familiar locations, as well as some new ones. And while I’ve always been drawn to majestic landscapes, I spent some time focusing on details and smaller scenes, too.

This view has been on “my list” for more than 10 years. Its just never worked out, for one reason or another. This year I was determined to make it happen. And after hunkering down under a large spruce to wait out a 30 minute snow/sleet squall, I hiked up the final ridge 15 minutes
